I think this blog offers a unique opportunity for both the fans and the organization to to give and recieve “inside” information on what is going on with our favorite ballclub. Unfortunately it seems to be a collection of short press releases with almost no “thoughts, comments, and observations” (taken from your stated purpose in this blog). I think I can speak for most fans when I say that we want to hear more about what you think of Martin vs. Navarro, or the chances of Kuo making the squad, rather than the starting lineup for a split squad game or a report on Tom Goodwin joining the broadcast staff. Sadly, the LA times gives more “inside” info than you guys do. Please stick with the game plan, and give us your feelings, and thoughts about the inner workings of my favorite team. It will lead to more interaction from us, the fan, and I think it will make this experience more interesting and rewarding for you as well. Best of luck!

I would like to say that our Los Angeles Dodger team is a very very impressive team!Grady Little definitely knows how to manage superbly and Ned Colletti’s work to build this team has been incredible and we are seeing the results!
Congratulations to both men!Isn’t it great though that we have Superman Jeff Kent and now Bill Mueller with all that greatness and excellence playing for our beloved Los Angeles Dodgers!Getting back to the Jeff Weaver situation whom I think we should have signed because you can never have too much pitching and because of the major injuries to the pitching staff last year I HAD THIS FEAR THAT WE DIDN’T HAVE ENOUGH STARTING PITCHERS!I think Jeff Weaver made a mistake in not signing with us also is because now in the American League he can’t hit and because he is such a good hitter for a pitcher he may have lost a psychlogical edge for himself pitching in the American league! But still we have to wait and see how he pitches as the pre season, then season progresses!I”LL SAY IT AGAIN THE COMBINATION OF NED COLLETTI AND GRADY LITTLE LOOKS LIKE DYNAMITE AS THIS TEAM HAS PURPOSE AND DIRECTION

AND WILL BE A TEAM TO BE RECKONED WITH ALL SEASON AND POST SEASON!The only possible flaw was the Jeff Weaver signing but we”ll have to see as only time will tell! All peace and joy to everyone!

Again about Jeff Weaver I fear that we didn’t do right by him as he gave so much to our Dodgers for two seasons, MORE THAN ANY PITCHER!THE FACT THAT HE WAS A GREAT HITTER FOR THE NATIONAL LEAGUE SHOULD HAVE ALSO BEEN IN OUR NEGOTIATING WITH HIM!COLLETTI,YOU COULD SHRUG IT OFF AND DAY HE IS HAVING A TERRIBLE SPRING BUT GO BACK AND CHECK HIS INNINGS FOR US THE PAST TWO YEARS AND YOU KNOW HE HAS THE RIGHT STUFF!AGAIN,THE ONLY FEAR I HAVE IS THAT WE DIDN’T DO RIGHT BY JEFF WEAVER AND THAT WE MAY FALL A LITTLE BIT SHORT WHICH WOULD MAKE THE WHOLE PROCESS FUTILE,WHEN IT WAS IN OUR POWER TO DO THE RIGHT THING!
