It would’ve been nice to see Olmedo in there but I guess you can’t give Izzy a day off already or move him to SS to spell Furcal after 1 day at 3B. Oh well, looks like a decent line-up but I’d rather see Ethier get some more AB’s after doing so well yesterday.
Isn’t it time to get rid of Bomko and bring up Hanrahan already?
Random thought: I don’t racall a lineup as this before: the infield followed by the outfield, C, P. Also, the 1-2-3 hitters are all really shortstops.
Here’s hoping Brett can bounce back and we resume the winning ways.
Should we welcome back Jim Tracy tonight? Yes, that would be the nice thing to do. Will we beat the Pirates? That looks rather likely right now.
I know we are facing a lefty, but if Grady is giving Lofton a night off I still prefer to see an outfield of Ethier Kemp and Drew.

lvproduction, the notebook suggests that Grady just might do that tomorrow. The question is who goes into the leadoff spot.
